Service Advisor

Service Advisor - Cape Town Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their Dealership in Cape Town.

Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Driver's license
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
• premium brand experience is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI
