Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
- Schedule service appointments and manage work orders
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service tasks
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Address any questions or concerns raised by customers
- Uphold dealership standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Matric Certificate
- Drivers license
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Experience working with the Toyota brand and knowledge of their service requirements is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software
