Key Responsibilities- Maintaining high service levels, co ordinating service partners.
- Booking of service calls.
- Scheduling and closing of service calls daily and providing feedback.
- Briefing and debriefing of service partners.
- Maintaining a 4-day turnaround time.
- Running progress reports daily.
- Running of technician inventories and counting stock.
- Improving customer satisfaction by calling customers.
- Processing of service exchanges.
- Co ordinating deliveries of service exchanges.
- Selling and counting and maintaining service exchange data base
Minimum Requirements- Applicants with Matric,
- SAP experience will be advantageous
- Excel and Microsoft word is essential
Required Skills- Strong Administration skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to complete tasks in high pace environments
- Ability to handle pressure
