Well established Motor Dealership based in Rustenburg, requires the services of a Service Advisor to join their team ASAP. Preferably candidates aged between 30 and 45 years.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Fully bilingual
- Must have 3-5 years' experience as a Dealership Service Advisor
- Kerridge or Automate Dealer Management System literacy
- Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
- Specific Brand experience pertaining to this Client such as Chrysler, Jeep & Mitsubishi
- Must have contactable references
- Must be able to do upselling and achieve targets
- Customer Service Orientated and Attention to detail
- Team work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passion for service
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional Telephone etiquette skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
Salary: Basic of R6000 p/m + excellent commission, Provident Fund, Medical Aid and Bonus
