Job requirements:
- Prior BMW, service advisor experience; other brand experience will be considered – (Service advisor experience is min requirement )
- Solid technical understanding of the automotive service operation in order to ensure high quality repairs and correct customer feedback
- Experience working in a high-volume service center managing a large group of customers, and support staff and still maintaining Best-In-Class customer satisfaction results
- Computer literacy with previous experience using Autoline preferred.
- Minimum qualification – Matric
