Deliver professional service to clients through various servicing channels (inbound calls, emails, walk-in interactions etc.), responding to their needs, concerns and complaints within agreed Service Level Agreements and legislative and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- 2 - 3 years client service experience
- Excellent knowledge of Momentum Health System and Products would be an advantage
- Good understanding of the Medical Scheme Administration or Short Term Insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Afrikaans speaking is essential.
- Knowledge of Oracle System would be an advantage.
Provide an effective and efficient service to clients by receiving, evaluating and responding to telephonic and electronic enquiries timeously.
