We are recruiting for a Security Systems Integration Company to employ a service coordinator for their corporate security installation business. Ideally we are looking for someone skilled in delivering to corporate clients with security system industry experience.
Coordinating the service technicians (sub-contractors) for reactive and maintenance work for corporate clients. Sending purchase orders for contractors and suppliers, coordinating the parts required for the work, logging in simpro software... ensuring correct parts etc are ordered.
Allocating costs to jobs and managing the job budgets, you will have basic understanding of business financial figures relating to costing of jobs, such as margins, markups, gross and net profit. Technical knowledge of large scale security and cctv is a definite advantage.
We require you to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and manage people in relation to ensuring that jobs are completed to standard. You will be 100% part of our team of staff who are located in Sydney, Manilla and South Africa. You will be required to learn your way around the Sydney suburbs (using Google maps) and get to know our suppliers, installers, and customer contacts as you would working for any company.
You will be part of weekly team meetings via skype, and will report directly to the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
