Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Brackenfell for a Service Desk Agent. The Service Desk Agent will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, logging service requests, and escalating complex issues to the relevant teams. The Service Desk Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
Qualities Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Experience with remote support tools
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Experience in the backup power industry is a plus
