Service Desk Analyst Graduate

What You'll Do

• You will report to the Director Customer Care working across Europe Middle East and Africa region.
• Gather incident details and records those details in the tracking system
• Assists internal teams and resources to troubleshoot and identify incident resolution
• Communicate with end users professionally in order to triage and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Works with all departments that need to be involved with client problem resolution on any hardware, network, or software outages or questions related to CSG products
• Configure equipment for business purposes, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices etc
• You will be part of the 2024 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months.
• You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days a week.

• BSC Computer Science, Diploma in IT/ICT
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of computer PC networking, standard browser troubleshooting
• A customer-centric mindset
• South African Identification document.
