We are currently looking for a help-desk technician to be based at one of our clients in Woodstock, Cape Town.
Job requirements:
- Must have 2- 3 years Previous experience in a helpdesk or ServiceDesk role
- An IT related qualification will be beneficial
- Customer service orientated and cool tempered
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Must be able to Multitask
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Team player
- Good time management skills
Job responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting faults telephonically
- Offering remote support on the following items: Printers, PC’s, Servers & PABX systems
- Following up on Job statuses
- Ensuring resolution within SLA
- Escalating and assigning jobs that have not been resolved telephonically
- Must be available immediately
- Willing to work shifts or overtime if needed.
