The position of a Service Manager is available at Hyundai Umhlanga.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:The Service Manager has the primary responsibility to make sure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate service.
KEY OUTPUTS: Ensure an efficient and focussed customer service in a passenger car workshop.- Effectively and efficiently manage the team (Workshop, Service Advisors and Service Admin staff).- Manage the operations (debt collection, invoicing, quoting, warranty claims, productivity, customer satisfaction).- Adherence to Company processes and systems.- To maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.- To take accountability for staff recruitment, training and development.
