Salary: Between R9 500 & R12 500 per month

Working Hours: 24/7 environment with 5 days on 2 days off
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our client's team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer care/service
- Must be excellent in English and it must be your first language
- Must have a passion for people and customer service
- Experience in the financial sector would be advantageous
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution
- Answering customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Making calls to customers to provide updates or follow-up on issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance metrics
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- At least 2 years of experience in customer care/service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
