Job Description:
We're seeking dynamic sales professionals with strong New Business (hunter) sales skills and effective Account Management/Expansion expertise. A proven track record in Cloud Services sales is crucial, along with the ability to network within large enterprises, like Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Over 10 years of IT Services Sales experience in Enterprise (Telecom, Government, Finance), with a focus on professional services sales.
- Collaborate within the Oracle Account team.
- Drive business sales bookings for CSS SaaS services in assigned accounts.
- Conduct territory analysis and related business creation activities.
- Develop business plans to meet targets.
- Collaborate on go-to-market activities with Oracle's wider sales function.
- Partner with CSS's business development/sales program for demand generation.
- Identify and cover organizations in the designated account list, building a strong pipeline and closing opportunities.
- Collaborate with Oracle Partners (resellers, SI's, ISV's, etc.).
- Increase ROI from the assigned accounts through collaboration with CM, Customer Success Managers, and other Lines of Business.
- Actively pursue new ACS customers and upsell into existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipeline.
- Serve as the point person for ACS activities within assigned accounts.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and C-level connections within client organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with enterprise software/infrastructure and services.
- Experience in advanced/integrated/professional services engagements, working across multiple lines of business and product lines.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in Software IT Services.
- Self-starter with a thirst for knowledge.
- Proficient in Oracle SaaS, industry standards, and terminology.
- Strong presentation, organization, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Business-savvy with a winning mindset.
- Skilled in priority setting and sales-related business plans.
- Proven team player.
- Fluent in English.
