Settlements Administrator

Duties / key areas of responsibility:

Liaise with Portfolio Managers with regards to off-market transactions and the processing thereof
Take responsibility for performing the administrative steps required in off-market portfolio and account transfers and the updating of BDA
Administer share incentive scheme off-market transfers
Administer offshore off-market transfers
Perform monthly reconciliations of various share incentive scheme accounts.
Perform portfolio transfer statistics.
Liaise with CSDP's
Balancing of CSDP reconciliations
Perform internal portfolio and account transfers
Perform journal entries
Be a backup to the Scip Administrator.
Provide operational support in the processing of multi-asset class portfolio transactions when required.
