Job Summary
TWK Agri is seeking a Shares Administrator to play a crucial role in managing shareholder interactions, share trading activities, and various administrative functions within the TWK Secretariat department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of equity administration, and the ability to coordinate diverse responsibilities.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for TWK shareholders, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed
- Receive and communicate share trading instructions, ensuring accurate and timely execution
- Reconcile share transactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Administer dividend payments efficiently
- Manage the administration of loyalty scheme awards for eligible shareholders
- Edit and format Word documents, converting them to PDF format as required
- Provide support for company secreterial tasks, including document preparation and filing
- Assist in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) verification duties
- Undertake various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and/or finance related tasks (experience / knowledge of share trading may be beneficial)
- Strong proficiency in document editing and formatting
- Knowledge of company secreterial tasks and BEE verification processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
