What you'll need:
- National Senior Certificate.
- Packing experience will be advantageous.
- Great customer service.
- Great organising skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Pack shelves/ fridges with stock as per established procedure/ planogram.
- Ensure that shelves and fridges are fully packed with stock.
- Ensure that shelves and fridges are always clean and tidy.
- Ensure that pricing labels are accurate, neat and tidy at all times.
- Ensure that labels on shelves match the items on shelf.
- Ensure vigilant safeguarding of all company property, assets, and stock at all times.
- Receive deliveries as per the established procedure.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock received.
- Assist with stock taking/ counting as per the established procedure, when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of store, storeroom, and fridge floors, windows and shelves.
- Ensure the effective removal of waste and refuse from store and storeroom, and deposit into skip bin.
- Constantly monitor customers in the store and assist where possible.
- Assist with general duties when requested/ instructed to do so, including, but not limited to:
- Accounts delivery
- Procuring stock
- Adhere to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment standards, policies, and procedures, including emergency response plans.
