Steers is hiring Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Members. Our Restaurant Managers play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. They take overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, guest relations, stock management, team leadership, recruiting and retention, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each guest and other duties as required or assigned. Our Shift Leaders and Team Members "go beyond" to provide excellent service and hospitality to all of our guests. In order to do this right, we need clear leaders in the restaurant to motivate and effectively deliver the Brand's standards to every guest on every shift. Minimum requirements depend on position with one year experience, and you must reside in the greater Paarl or Stellenbosch or Bellville area.
