Flexi supervisor is needed for our Hillcrest branch which is based in Lillies Quarter Centre.
Job requirements:
- The flexi supervisor is a permanent position of 28 hours guaranteed work a week with the option of being flexed up to 40 hours a week should the business require it.
- Flexi's are offered a basic monthly salary + flexi hours (if applicable) + variable pay incentives based on the achievements of certain targets.
- Flexi's must be available to work weekends and be fully available during the festive season.
- The ideal candidate must be computer literate
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to give good, friendly service
- Have common sense and show initiative
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be neat and organised
- Enjoy gift wrapping and making gifts look pretty
