Our client is looking for an experienced individual with a strong work ethic who can effectively and efficiently implement and manage controls to get the business to the next level. The applicant must be able to effectively and efficiently implement systems in the butchery to streamline operations and manage staff.
Minimum Requirements
- A Matric Certificate
- 2+ years retail store management experience
- Ability to implement and manage HESSOP standards in the butchery
- FMCG principles knowledge
- A Butchery qualification or qualifications such as SAQA highly beneficial
- Valid drivers licence highly beneficial
- Perform people management functions
- Ensure client satisfaction of all customers
- Ensure product and stock availability through effective planning
- Take responsibility for all quality control activities
- Stock management functions
- Manage all hygiene and safety activities
- Conduct various ad hoc responsibilities to assist the Team
