Description

• Market and sell short term rental contracts.
• Control the preparation, repairs and maintenance of rental vehicles.
• Coordinate the inspection of vehicles at the beginning and end of rental period.
• Collate all documents and submit credit and debit order requests to Finance for rental customers.
• Ensure the activation of tracking devices and vehicle management systems.
• Manage and control debtors.
• Achieve minimum targets on volume and profitability.
• Ensure adequate advertising on marketing of rental products through the internet and printed media.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

Skills:

• Computer Literate.
• Code B Drivers Licence.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Time Management Skills.
• Good understanding of operational aspects of the business.
• Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
• High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
• Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.

Experience:

• Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 3 years
