Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the SIAM framework to integrate services from multiple providers.
- Define and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor service quality.
- Collaborate with various service providers to ensure clear communication and alignment on service delivery.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts among service providers and escalate issues when necessary.
- Establish and maintain a strong governance structure to oversee the SIAM framework.
- Monitor and report on the performance of service providers to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the SIAM process to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Act as a single point of contact for all SIAM-related matters and serve as a liaison between clients and service providers.
- Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand their needs, align SAP solutions, and drive innovation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects, including system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP Basis administration concepts, SAP architecture, and system landscapes.
- Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver components, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, CRM, and Solution Manager.
- Proficiency in SAP system integration, including experience with integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO).
- Proven ability to drive innovation, stay ahead of SAP trends and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in service management, particularly in a SIAM role.
- SAP Basis certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Professional - System Administration or relevant SAP solution certifications, are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies
