Sinoville, Pretoria: CAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Minimum Requirements:
-Non EE Male, approximately aged 30 – 50 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (Afrikaans proficiency a must, preferably first language)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years experience in vehicle sales a must
-Excellent client relations and communication skills
-Customer focused
-Target driven and able to meet deadlines
-Own reliable vehicle (no hassles to get to work)
-Looking for long term commitment with company and willing to grow to Sales Managerial position
-Reliable, honest and trustworthy
-Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality.
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
-Contactable References
-Must be able to start immediately
-Initial 3 months trial/probation/contract basis on subcontractor contract. If targets are achieved and maintained, permanent employment will be offered. (Temp with possibility of permanent)
Duties:
-Sales of second hand vehicles
-Meeting targets (R 100k target to be met in first month)
-Travelling to clients occasionally (company vehicle provided for travelling during business hours)
-Full sales function up to closing of deal
Salary: R 5 000.00 gross basic + commission
Commission: 10% gross profit
(Basic salary increased to R 8 000.00 gross for permanent employment)
