Your responsibilities as site foreman will include but not limited to:
- Overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Managing project schedules and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Conducting regular site visits and safety inspections
- Planning, ordering and management of all site materials required timeously with the office.
- Management of site staff as well as sub-contractors
- Ensuring safety and security of JESC tools, materials etc and ensure they are in working order.
- Upkeep, general cleanliness and safety of the work van.
