My client are a leading Commercial and residential principle contractor with projects across the UK and they are looking to recruit a General Foreman with Envelope Experience for a 6 month contract at Millwall Inner Docks on the Isle of Dogs.
The project is the construction of the shell and core of a 3 storey data centre facility with landscaping and associated external works. The external elevational treatments are a mixture of granite cladding and glazed curtain walling and integral louvres.
You will be responsible for overseeing and reporting to the Site Management on the following:
- Day to day façade construction on site
- Managing Trade contractors.
- Coordinating work programmes with other teams on site.
- Quality control
The chosen Foreman will have the following skills and experience
- Recent experience working on large shell and core projects
- Recent experience of working on façade packages.
- Great communication skills needed.
- SSSTS, CSCS essential.
- SMSTS desired but not essential
