Minimum Requirements
- Available to commence employment in May 2023
- Formal Qualification
- 5+ years construction site management experience
- Valid drivers licence
- Have extensive site experience of high-end residential and multi-unit developments
- Knowledge of JBCC
- Ability to communicate well in English and Afrikaans, additional African language highly beneficial
- Computer literate (MS excel, MS projects, Outlook, MS word)
Duties will include:-
- Management of the construction processes
- Contract management
- Procure, appoint and manage sub-contractors, including payments
- Attend site meetings
- Manage, procure and evaluate material orders
