A Durban North based business is looking for a site foreman.
Job requirements:
- Experience in the restaurant and retail industry to oversee and monitor sub-contractors and staff working new projects in Durban and surrounds.
- The candidate should have a good all round knowledge of all trades, in order to be able to converse with and command sub-contractors on site, but have a solid foundation with health and safety.
- Safety officers with experience in construction and the ability to compile and manage a safety file, would be ideal for this position, however the primary role will be as a site manager.
- This contract could be extended or possibly develop into a permanent placement, with the chance to grow and expand with the business and it's clients.
- Own car and laptop is essential.
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to travel if necessary.
