The ideal candidate will be an exceptional up-market residential apartment specialist to ensure that projects are developed effectively and on time in a competitive market. Our client is a highly regarded developer with an impressive client base, who work with private sector clients predominantly. Project values range from R1 billion to R5 billion. To be considered you must hold at least a National Diploma in Building from a recognised university with a minimum of 3 years experience. The company has a low staff turnover and the opportunity for career development is very tangible for the right person to work their way up.
Qualifications Minimum National Diploma in Building through a recognised university.
Skills 1+ years' experience on commercial and up-market residential apartments.
