SITE IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

As Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for the effective is responsible for the effective and efficient site implementation of the companys HVAC maintenance services contract, from inception to go-live. A core objective of this role is to drive the efficient implementation process of new sites within SLA criteria ensuring smooth transition of the contract, minimising client operations.

All duties shall be performed and aligned to ensure compliance to the Companys QMS for the area of responsibility.Position InformationLocation: Milnerton, Cape Town, South Africa

Management Level: JuniorKey ResponsibilitiesSite Implementation:

Oversee and lead the implementation of HVAC maintenance contracts within the first 30 days, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to client operations.

Asset Management

Manage and verify client asset registers, ensuring accurate barcoding and site audits.

Administration & Reporting

Coordinate monthly meetings, prepare service reports, and manage defect reports.

Workforce Scheduling

Assign and monitor maintenance jobs across various sites, ensuring timely job completion.Minimum Qualification & experience3 5 years in planned maintenance schedule

Matric or Grade 12

5 10 years experience in HVAC maintenance Services/environment

Valid drivers licenseKnowledge & skillsPlanning and scheduling softwarre knowledge (i.e. crystal reports, CMMS, SAGE)

Sound knowledge of various types of HVAC equipment / systems

Technical HVAC product and Industry Knowledge (advantageous)

Working on various microsoft office packages (word, excel, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work under pressureCompulsory CriteriaInterested applicants must reside in Cape Town

Must have a valid drivers license and actively driving
