Responsible for the monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the execution of the Insurance s Corporate Strategic Plan
including the Insurances Corporate Performance Scorecard, Quarterly Reports to National Treasury, and the Integrated Annual Report. Qualifications & Experience:
- A relevant Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, Financial Management or related field.
- 5 years' experience in the monitoring and evaluation space preferably within a Development Finance Intuition of similar or:
- 5 years' experience in strategy planning, strategy formulation and strategy development
- 5 years' experience in the corporate strategy planning and reporting environment
- 5 years' experience within the monitoring evaluation and reporting
- 5 years Co-ordination and preparation of performance monitoring and reporting against organizational strategy and corporate plan
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Integrated reporting
- Technical writing
- Planning Software Principles
- Business Acumen
- Presentation Skills
- Agriculture and Environment Management
- Developing and refining data collection tools
- Conducting and Managing surveys
