Skipper is required in Gansbaai Western Cape
Job responsibilities:
- Perform daily scheduled trips
- Ensure the safety of passengers at sea
- Effectively manage crew at sea
- Take responsibility to keep the vessel neat and sea going at all times
- Keep logbook and assist with boat and crew documents and filling
- Please note that you may on occasion be required to perform tasks that are not part of your normal daily duties, but may be necessary due to the operational requirements of the company.
Job requirements:
- Passenger Endorsement (STCW) courses
- Skippers Ticket- CAT D
- Dive Endorsement
- First Aid at sea
- Marine Fire Fighting
- Survival at sea (Life raft)
- VHF Radio ticket
- Required language – English
