Were seeking an experienced, and proactive Creditors Controller to join a leading digital learning and online training company experiencing fast growth. The role is full function Accounts Payable and will take on additional responsibility to assist with the Procurement and relating operational functions. This position will be reporting to the Financial Manager on outstanding issues.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Load all supplier invoices into the system
- Manage all supplier payments
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations
- Assist with the procurement procedures across multiple departments
- Assist with the vendor management system and keeping data up to date
- Analysing general ledger accounts
- Ensuring all required documentation is obtained and stored on the system
- Accounting or Finance Certification, Diploma or Degree would be an advantage
- At least 10 years experience in a similar role in the Accounts Payable department
- Proficient in ACCPAC / Sage 300 ERP or similar system
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- R350 000 - R450 000 annual salary
