- Research & Evaluation: Conduct data synthesis, monitor funded projects, and assist in external evaluations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Honors Degree in Social Development, Community Development, or Development Studies (Masters degree preferred), or studying towards a relevant post graduate qualification,
- At least 3 years of experience in research, NGO projects (preferably in education), or related fields such as education.
- Proven organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with information management tools and systems.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) will be an asset.
- A valid drivers license.
- Expertise in social development practices and research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as numerical ability.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in handling numerical and qualitative data.
- Effective decision-making abilities.
