Job description
Trialogue, a corporate social investment (CSI) and sustainability consultancy and publisher (www.trialogue.co.za) is expanding its social impact advisory team in Johannesburg. We are looking for a consultant to assist us in our monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and social impact analysis work.
The role includes inputting on M&E design, interviewing project stakeholders, visiting projects, administering surveys, analysing data, supporting data systems applications, and drafting reports. The ideal candidate will be an analytical graduate with three years of experience in social impact and analysis consulting. Priority will be given to employment equity candidates.
Applicants must have:
- Graduate qualifications from university, preferably in an analytical field of study
- A strong interest in the role of business in society and social development
- At least two years experience in M&E and or social impact advisory work
- Excellent analytical skills, with proven quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience and ability to do field work
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Sharepoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience and or understanding of data systems and dashboarding (e.g. PowerBI) as well as survey tools, especially Qualtrics
- Ability to speak more than one South African language (preferred)
- Valid drivers licence
- Ability and willingness to travel across South Africa and Southern Africa
