Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of creative social media work that captivates audiences, drive engagement, and elevate brand awareness for our clients.
- Lead our talented team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to conceptualize and produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media to inform strategy and creative direction.
- Creatively lead the production process, from ideation and content creation to ensuring a consistently high craft across all social media assets.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to inspire growth and innovation.
- Partner with account managers and client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Monitor and analyzes social media metrics and performance data to creatively optimize work
- Represent the organisation as a thought leader in social media marketing, participating in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to share insights and best practices.
- Creative school qualification / Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives for clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring a team of creatives to deliver exceptional work.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and pushing boundaries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of past work.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
- Proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
