MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
- Strive for continuous improvement all marketing of the business though email campaigns, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, web-based marketing, collateral, brand identity products and services to ensure the successful application of the property in the marketplace.
- Overall responsibility for the branding & corporate image of the company, including all required graphic design work for online, social media and print applications including the management of the corporate image on all networks and web applications.
- Full onsite marketing and collateral as well as the implementation of all media, brochures, and collateral.
- Graphic Design for social media platforms, print media, web applications and all other relevant platforms.
- Property Marketing as per the brand identity and applications.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategy with a proven track record and feedback reporting system.
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement product promotions, specials, and packages in conjunction with operational departments & sales departments.
- Liaise closely with the Group and Convention Sales Manager and monitor success and effectiveness of all campaigns.
- Plan and manage product and media events.
- Plan and attend relevant trade and consumer fairs.
- Plan and implement social media bloggers and 3rd party advertising assessment and rating campaigns.
- Web marketing in conjunction with web developer
- Web maintenance and maintenance, updates and statistical analysis in conjunction with revenant partners
- Management and reporting of all google marketing and relevant add words management.
- Management and control as well as reporting of all online review feedback and responses daily
- Database management by segmentation and groupings
- Conduct regular market research and manage marketing information and statistics.
- Design and issue as well as control all complimentary vouchers, sales vouchers, and letters.
- Adheres to the highest ethical and business standards.
- Attending Management meetings.
- Must be flexible in his / her outlook and attitudes, but always in a manner consistent with ethical standards,
- company policies and professional conduct.
- Producing content to be posted online.
- Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.
- Creating posts, pages, and applications to attract customers.
- Using programming skills to build pages and applications.
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand.
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
- Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaigns performance against the KPIs.
- Responsible for compilation and preparation of all marketing reports including forecasts, budgets, and any other reports requested to provide the General Manager with the necessary information to facilitate cost effective decision making.
- Responsible for all design work and the implementation thereof.
- Manage and maintain an efficient information processing system.
- Manage and maintain an efficient reporting and statistic system.
- Ensure correct, timeous preparation of monthly reports for presentation to the General Manager.

- Diploma or degree in Graphic design and preferable Marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in a design and marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Graphic Design knowledge
- Advanced computer knowledge
- Various social media platforms posting, ad management, post management.
- Google Analytics
- Knowledge of the Public Relations, Design and Marketing industry
- Knowledge of design and printing processes
- Knowledge of corporate identity and brand management
- Advanced knowledge in design programs and relevant software
