Responsibilities
Team Management & Coordination:
- Manage cross-functional teams/activities (content, digital community engagement, research) to develop digital marketing plans.
- Coordinate team efforts across web, app, and social media platforms.
- Ensure team goals align with business objectives (month-to-month).
- Ensure completion of all social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on delivery.
- Define and prioritise research initiatives (Desktop & field research).
- Identify user needs and translate findings into actionable product strategy recommendations.
- Monitor and gather feedback on product launches and report on findings.
- Utilise research insights to inform content and communication strategies.
- Provide market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Create new strategies for market development, acquiring and analysing data, and consulting with relevant internal and external sources.
- Develop and implement content strategies across web, app, and social media platforms.
- Craft communication plans that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Optimise content for each platform to maximise reach and impact.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketing teams (Networks), and agency partners as required
- to ensure delivery of operational requirements.
- Ensure the successful execution of product campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver intuitive user experiences (prototyping).

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly in the Telecommunications industry.
