Job Purpose
This person is responsible for managing IWGs presence on LinkedIn and all social media platforms. You will create content, schedule posts and engage with our audience to optimize our ROI.
Job scope
By analyzing platform specific metrics you will optimize our execution strategies and tailor content to specific audiences. Specific duties will include;
- Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies to increase brand engagement and conversion of enquiries to generate demand.
- Timely reporting and campaign development, management and execution of campaigns.
- Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles for individuals and businesses, ensuring alignment with branding and objectives.
- Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Generate compelling content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and sponsored updates to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track key performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn platform updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct research and explore opportunities on other social media platforms to enhance overall social media presence and support business objectives.
- Proven expertise on LinkedIn and social media to deliver significant increases in revenue.
- LinkedIn professional certification is an advantage.
- High drive, tenacious and excellent communication skills.
