Primary Responsibilities Summary:
- Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
- Collaborate with QA Leads, Business Analysts, and Developers to meet client expectations.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective reviews for process improvements.
- Develop, implement, and execute test automation solutions, ensuring alignment with standards.
- Identify and report product risks and defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and mentor team members.
- Stay updated on technical advancements and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
PROCESS WILL INVOLVE
PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications & Work experience:
- Minimum a 3-year degree in Information Technology. Preferable B.Sc. Computer Science, Bcom Informatics (Honours), B.Eng with Computer Science
- Experience in a financial sector would be beneficial
- Experience in card & payments is a must
- 3 5 years experience in a similar role
- Automated testing skills and experience is a must
- Use the automation test kit (frameworks and pre-defined test tools) to inspect, analyse, design, develop, implement and execute on re-useable automated test assets to quality assure the solution and its architecture
- Ensure the overall quality of the solution, whilst aligning to the prescribed enterprise quality practices and standards.
