Education Requirements
- PV Greencard
- Three-phase wiremans licence
- 2+ years of experience in the solar PV C&I space
- Lead and manage the installation of solar C&I projects across multiple provinces, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Guarantee full compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout the entire installation process
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to ensure smooth project completion
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of solar systems to maintain peak performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with a skilled team to consistently deliver top-tier results on every project
- Keep detailed records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs for accuracy and accountability
- Offer expert technical support and guidance to team members to optimize performance
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, keeping them updated on project milestones
- Deliver and report on project outcomes consistently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry developments and the latest in solar technology to enhance project quality
- Implement best practices in solar installation and maintenance, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication ability
- Comfortable working with various software: Microsoft Suite etc.
