ABOUT THE TEAM
TFGs Information Technology team is responsible for the companys technological systems and the maintenance of its digital and technological infrastructure. By selecting future-fit technology and methodologies, they help the business meet its strategic objectives. They assess our business landscape and our market to ensure adaptability, scalability, expansion, and risk reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of the organization's needs and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs that encompass architecture, infrastructure, applications, data, and integration.
- Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms, and make recommendations.
- Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end solutions, providing technical guidance and oversight to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough architectural reviews and assessments to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between solution architecture and business goals, driving consensus and facilitating decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on solution architecture, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices in solution architecture and software development, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- A Relevant IT qualification, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solutions architect or similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software architectures for enterprise-scale applications, utilizing modern technologies and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges.
