Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect/Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in development, project management, and product discovery. They will be responsible for leading the technical direction of projects, creating architectural designs, managing development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Lead the discovery phase by conducting thorough research, analysis, and scoping of projects.
- Develop architectural designs and technical solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Manage and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of web and mobile applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between clients, development teams, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Produce technical documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and user guides.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the industry, and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with expertise in web and mobile technologies.
- Strong background in solution architecture, including designing scalable and resilient systems.
- Previous experience in project management, product management, or engineering management roles.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React Native, Laravel, Flutter, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
