Sowe built an Open Commerce Platform that enablesthe sale and distribution of FMCG products to be made much simpler.Products should be in front of sellers fast, in real-time, through an immersive commerce experience, with trade buyers and sellers able to see live commerce opportunities and pricing.We have built a digital ecosystem that is specifically designed to unlock the full value of the distribution network, providing real-time visibility for order and inventory management. Our innovative platform provides brands and distributors with deep data insights into buyer trends and behaviours and helps identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
The role:
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively consult and guide the business to the best technical solution
- Review, analyse and evaluate business systems and needs
- Design solutions and prepare functional and technical designs for delivery and development teams to work from
- Participate alongside delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. Assisting where issues arise
- Aid in knowledge sharing and implementing best practises
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed
- Assist in maintaining the companies architectural and documentation repositories
- Experience in designing and implementing complex systems
- Ability to produce functional and technical specifications and designs
- Good understanding of all concepts involved with software and systems: solution architecture, business process reengineering, requirements/process analysis, configuration, testing and support, security, cloud patterns, DevOps practices
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering a proactive, credible, and responsive service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
