We are looking for AWS Solutions Architects with varying levels of seniority to join our team at NTT. As an AWS Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS solutions to meet our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with our clients and internal teams to deliver cloud solutions, leveraging your expertise in AWS services and best practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design effective, scalable, and secure AWS solutions.
• AWS Services Expertise: Stay updated with the latest AWS services and recommend the right ones for clients.
• Architecture Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation.
• Cloud Migration: Lead and assist in seamless cloud migrations.
• Security and Compliance: Implement robust security and compliance measures.
• Cost Optimization: Design cost-effective solutions and recommend optimization strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability and scalability of AWS solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay certified, encourage team certification, and share knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Able to nurture self-organising, high performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring
• Ability to work effectively with teams and individuals distributed globally across time zones and cultures
• Must encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products, and processes
• Able to resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation
• Ability to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution
• A proactive self-starter who is able to operate independently and as part of a team

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Any AWS Certifications, such as;
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience as a Solutions Architect in AWS environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and guiding solution design.
• Experience with cloud cost management and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, security, and compliance.
