About this role in the team:
As a Solutions Consultant with BVNK, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pre-sales activities, focusing on API support. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our products, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process. Your expertise in BVNK solutions and API integration will be crucial in positioning our offerings effectively and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
BVNK Expertise:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of BVNK products and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in BVNK technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose BVNK solutions.
- Conduct API workshops and support Sales with presentations to showcase the features and benefits of BVNK offerings.
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Offer comprehensive API support to clients, assisting them in integrating BVNK solutions into their existing systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless API integration and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Create solution designs that align with client objectives and leverage BVNK capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for BVNK products and APIs.
- Provide training sessions to clients and internal teams on BVNK solutions and integration processes.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on BVNK solutions.
- Strong understanding of API integration and experience providing API support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
