Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the region is appropriately organized and staffed in accordance with strategy
- Oversee the fiscal activities of the region including budgeting, reporting and audit
- Assumes full responsibility for growing the region as well as customer retention
- Ensures the Company complies with all legal and regulatory laws and regulations.
- Creates a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff
- Support Tsebo Solutions Group efforts and initiatives towards achievement and maintaining BEE level 1
- Ensure the region delivers to client and customer promise in accordance with Company`s service standards
- Ensure compliance with all HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensure that capital equipment is managed.
- Compile monthly operational and review reports
- Carry out additional duties as may be required, from time to time, and as agreed between the Client and Tsebo Cleaning Solutions.
- Drive implementation of Divisional and Group strategic initiatives in the region
- Manage, co-ordinate and assist support services including I.T, procurement, human resources and finance to ensure smooth running of the region

QualificationsRelevant Tertiary Qualification essential i.e. B.Tech Degree; BCom or equivalent preferred Minimum 5 10 years relevant senior management experience within the services industry, cleaning industry or equivalent Senior Management experience in Cleaning is very essential
