The Solutions Engineer/Architect (SE) role combines technical expertise and sales strategy to support the sales team in delivering cybersecurity solutions to clients. As a vital part of the sales organization, you will leverage your deep understanding of fraud prevention and cybersecurity to address customer needs, while collaborating with Account Executives to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the technical and business challenges of our clients and presenting effective solutions that deliver measurable value. The SE role requires both technical skill and business acumen, ensuring that you can demonstrate the benefits of our products clearly and compellingly. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Solution Design: Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and requirements to create tailored solutions.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to showcase the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Proof of Concepts (POCs): Manage multiple POCs simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and positive customer experiences.
- Sales Support: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering to ensure successful deal closures and meet revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively articulate the company's value proposition and align it with customer business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise during presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept exercises.
- Understand and map organizational structures to determine the viability of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance solution offerings and maintain best practices.
- 5+ years of industry experience in selling, demonstrating, and troubleshooting cybersecurity or web/mobile app security solutions.
- Knowledge of OWASP threats, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Load Balancers, Web Proxies, DNS, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation.
- Experience detecting and mitigating bot traffic.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor demonstrations for various audience levels.
- Experience with cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISSP, OSCP, OSWE) is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home environment.
