Job Purpose: Assisting customers with orders and ensuring customer service levels are at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Effectively execute outbound telesales procedures in accordance with the SOP on outbound telesales procedures.
- Process incoming online orders timeously and efficiently.
- Effective Customer liaison on status / issues with order.
- Managing customer expectation.
- Internally source products for short stock order.
- Liaise with KZN AND CPT sales team on slit order.
- Knowledge of areas and suburbs in JHB.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Handle grievances/complaints to preserve the companys reputation.
- Direct customers to relevant department.
- Tracking of order.
- Monitoring 3rd party deliveries.
- Following up with internal staff on Outstanding orders.
- Grade 12
- Diploma relating to Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management or Food and Beverage management.
- Customer Service experience
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer systems (Syspro).
- 2-3 years sales and tele sales experience in a related FMCG environment
