Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Specialist to join our team. The Solutions Specialist will be responsible for developing custom workflow solutions using monday.com, a leading Work Operating platform. As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in understanding our clients' organisational workflows, interpreting their needs, and translating them into efficient and effective solutions using monday.com. Your creative problem-solving skills, ability to architect solutions, and understanding of CRM and project management software will be instrumental in driving success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their organisational workflows and business requirements.
- Translate clients' requirements into custom workflow solutions using monday.com.
- Analyse and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Architect and design workflow structures, integrations, and automations within monday.com.
- Configure monday.com to meet client-specific needs, including creating custom fields, views, and dashboards.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to effectively utilise and optimise monday.com.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in monday.com and leverage them to enhance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and customer support, to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Support sales initiatives through platform demos.
- Responding to support tickets in a timely manner.
- Experience in developing custom workflow solutions using monday.com will be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of CRM and project management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex workflows and propose creative solutions.
- Proficient in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of data management, integrations, and automation within monday.com or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with other project management and CRM platforms is a plus.
