We are recruiting for a part-time Recruitment &Sourcing Consultant to support us in our recruitment efforts. We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, who can identify talent on the way-up, and understands what it takes for an individual to succeed in a start-up environment.
The role will be responsible for supporting the Founder in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, screening those candidates, and ensuring that they have both the technical skills and attributes to make them a strong cultural fit. In the longer term we hope that the role will also include some broader HR Business Partner responsibilities.

2.1 Sourcing
The role will be responsible for candidate sourcing and screening, ensuring the platform has a strong pool of talented candidates for each of the roles we are hiring for. The interview and offer stages will be run by the team internally. During the sourcing and screening process the role will be responsible for
- Identification of potential candidates on LinkedIn;
- Outreach and co-ordination with potential candidates;
- Co-ordination and conducting screening calls; and
- Maintenance of the applicant tracking database.
3.1 Technical Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience;
- Start-up experience (preferable);
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such Business Administration, Business Studies, or Human Resource Management.
- Experienced Human Resources professional;
- Adaptable, fast learner, who loves using and adopting new technology e.g. online project management software, inventory management software etc.; and
- High organised, with excellent communication skills.
