We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Candidate Sourcing Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Candidate Sourcing Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent within the finance industry. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively source candidates for a variety of finance-related positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients. You will utilize a combination of traditional sourcing methods, modern recruitment tools, and innovative strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, building relationships that lead to successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the specific requirements of finance-related roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with passive candidates, effectively communicating the benefits of opportunities and assessing their fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Sales experience
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
